Wednesday - Warm and Sunny
I woke up before my alarm this morning. It surprised me! I got up, went downstairs, came back upstairs and blew my nose a lot. I went back to bed and slept on. And on. I woke up and it was much later than I planned to get up. Oops. Oh well. At least I got up finally.
I got dressed and went downstairs. I made my breakfast and brought it upstairs. I watched the news and then a bit of YouTube. I really had a quiet afternoon. I grabbed lunch around 2:30 and then came upstairs to eat. Yes, I did in fact watch another episode of The Closer. It’s only on until the end of the month so I’d like to see as many episodes of it as I can.
I watched the 4 pm news and then went back to YouTube. I was actually surprised when F called to say he was on the way back. After a little bit, I went downstairs and got started on dinner. I also noticed that I’d had a delivery but I hadn’t heard the doorbell. I’ve arranged to have it redelivered tomorrow.
F came back and I got on with dinner. Tonight was a bit of a cheeky one if I’m honest. It was premade burgers, frozen French fries and salad. It was pretty darn good though. I had also bought some premade chawanmushi as well which was a nice touch. Dinner was pretty good I think. K went to bed right after again. This cold is kicking her butt. I’m feeling quite a bit better today, thankfully.
I did the dishes and then did up the garbage in the kitchen and put it in the genkan. I told F that I was going upstairs to get ready to go out. I went upstairs, changed my clothes and a little later F and I went out. I took the garbage over to the gomi station and put it in. F does it most of the time, so since I had my ID with me, I could run it to the station.
We went over to Mina and put in a bunch of foam trays for recycling then F went back to the car and I went in. I got food for the next couple of days. Yay me.
We came back to the house. F had to fill out a form for his medical check that’s happening tomorrow. After a bit, I went downstairs to take a shower. I did it rather late so I wasn’t able to watch anything on streaming later.
Since I came back, I’ve basically been watching YouTube and doing this blog!
It was an okay day, I didn’t fight with my husband which was lovely. Sometimes we get into a rut and it is so hard to get out of it.
Tomorrow is supposed to be a bit hotter so I will run the AC up here if I need to. I had thought about going out, but I think I might postpone until next week.
