Tuesday - Sunny and humid

I got up early this morning, well before my alarm. I went downstairs and then went back to bed. I got a text from my sister and I answered it. Then I went back to bed and slept on. I overslept of course and had a hard time dragging myself out of bed. 

I got up and went downstairs. I checked the washing machine and it was empty and mostly clean.  Woot. I went back upstairs and sorted out some laundry. I actually found a bottom sheet that I’ve been looking for. It was under some of F’s stuff. I decided since it was dark blue I would wash it. I also washed my new shirt since it was dark blue too.

When it was done, I did another load of laundry and brought it upstairs to hang it. I watched the news as well and eventually went downstairs and grabbed my lunch. I didn’t watch anything while I was eating as I couldn’t decide what to watch!

F had told me he would be late tonight, so I went downstairs around 6pm and started in the kitchen. Tonight I made Gapao Rice, and we had some cucumber pickle on the side with it and a salad. F did come back around 6:30, but he was tired and I didn’t ask him to help me later on. I probably should have. The eggs that I fried for the top of the Gapao were hard-cooked rather than slightly runny. Oh well. 

After dinner, I washed the dishes and then went upstairs to get ready to go out. I was quite tired since I didn’t get a chance to relax first. 

We drove over to Mina and I went in and bought the groceries. I hope that I got enough for the next couple of days! When I came out, F went in. We needed to buy some batteries. I wasn’t sure what we needed so he went and bought them!

We returned to the house and F very nicely put the batteries in the motion sensor lights. They are really good for K because she doesn’t like to turn on the lights at night. I worry about her getting up in the middle of the night. 

I put the groceries away and then I went upstairs and finally got to relax. I watched some YouTube and then watched FBI: Most Wanted. It was an episode that took place mostly during a prison riot. 

F went to bed because he was tired. He’s had a busy couple of days at work.  

And, that is really just about it for me. I’m not sure what I’ll get up to tomorrow. I hope that I’ll do something interesting. I have a few projects that I’ve been meaning to start, so you never know!
